Years and years of experience from making custom orthotics and making alterations on the shoes that we carry has given us a better understanding of what our customers need: Shoes that are specifically designed to your body's chemistry. Lets face it, everyone has a different pair of feet. In fact, everyone has a different left and right foot. With that in mind, we are proud to serve our customers/patients with a vast knowledge of shoe fitting techniques.

Shipping Information:
Want to order a shoe that we didn't have in stock? Found a style that you didn't see in our store? We are very much a special order store and would be happy to order anything from the brands we carry. Payment is asked for up front, but you are not obligated to buy the shoes. When they arrive, if the shoe does not work for you for any reason, we will be happy to refund your money (We do not charge a restocking fee). Orders are placed every Saturday and we ask for for at least 2 weeks for the turn around time.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All new UNALTERED shoes may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Shoes must be in the complete original packaging and be in new and unworn condition.

Due to health regulations compression stockings are not returnable.

CLOSEOUT SHOES ARE NOT RETURNABLE
