I scheduled my appointment in the Everett store, arrived and was greeted professionally and warmly. I went down the elevator to meet Althea herself and received a warm welcome again.

We talked about what I wanted and specifics about my feet and if they caused me pain and if so where. Together we decided that I would benefit from custom orthotics.  So she put me on a machine that showed her where my problem areas were on my feet. Very cool, I might add. So soon I will be wearing new shoes, fitted correctly to my feet, and orthotics made just for me to help with my fallen arches and other foot pain problems. All and all it was a great experience and will be a returning customer for years to come. Thank you Althea.
